Aneurin Leisure interview questions

Quickest interview I have ever had. 4 questions, 15 minutes long. Pleasant enough with 3 ladies. AL use an external company to process the applications and schedule the interviews and they are rigid over the allocated times. When I found this out prior to the interview I was a bit wary. I found the whole interview a tad strange in retrospect (speaking as someone who has interviewed and hired staff for big companies) as I wasn’t asked about my right to work, for any identification, any booked holidays, my existing job and why I wanted a change. They stuck to their scripts, made some notes and kept to their time. If I was of a suspicious nature I would be thinking that they were interviewing because they had to tick the boxes and already had their candidate chosen - not unknown in many companies. Bit of a whirlwind process lacking any personal touches.
