Very casual. Bobby is a great guy and is mostly trying to find out if you're someone he can relate with. He will also be assessing your knowledge of the field, but in a very informal and comfortable way. The majority of the interview will be Bobby explaining to you who he is, what his business is, and how he likes to conduct business. If you have made it into the office, and if you seem comfortable and likable, you will get the job.
