Loom video was requested after resume was submitted, 30 min zoom interview with COO. Interview went fine, was told that they would be in contact the following week as there was a case study portion and a final interview with a panel. Followed up after 1 week, no response back.

Tell me about your operations experience within M&A.
Interview was via zoom and went well. Was expecting follow up but heard nothing back. I emailed and was told I was still in consideration but they were still interviewing. It’s been 1.5 months at this point with no communication.

Interview
I was pleasantly surprised at the streamlined nature of the interview process. From start to finish took less than 3 weeks while still getting to meet all stakeholders. Completed a Loom video to answer a few questions and then spoke with one of the Directors of Operations. Moved to a Case Study which was also completed through Loom. Then a sync with the COO before an offer.
