Caltech - they start you off with video screening and then a phone interview then another interview process after that.
can be a lengthy process, can take days or weeks.

They will ask you if you have any certifications of some sort in the field.

How will you handle clients during holidays or overtime?
Good. Need to understand the question first. Then try to approach the question analytically then solve the problem. Always answer the question whether it is correct or wrong. Attend all the interview that you are receiving

Interview
It was fast andf easy. For initial screening it was assessed by HR, it mostly about your characteristics and attitude. Then the technical interview was done by Engineer with technical exam also.
