I had been apart of a one big company (BUMN). I was join the recruitment in November 2022 and got followed up by the recruiter in December 2022 and Join as an Intership staff in January 2023. The process took so long and I don't have any idea about status of my recruitment. I cannot reach HC team maybe because they were busy for some reason. But in January I got contacted by the recruiter and they said I was pass everything

well done, there are 2 interviewer hr and the head manager. the meeting take 30 minutes and they also explain why they want to get intern student. full english and there is common question which is what is your strength and your weakness
interview is very technical and heavy. coding is necessary. second round you are competing with finalists. you need to upload a video and after 3 weeks you are getting the answer
Just a simple 15 min interview in which they ask only about strengths, weaknesses, company and also project experience. One should have the idea about company requirements and prepare accordingly.
