The interview is simple and they will tell how the company culture and work life is. They also ask some simple questions. The interview will done online. They will ask what is the contribution to the company and what you will do in the company. They will also ask about what do you know about the company.

The interview process need to go thru Hr interview, 2 round of conference interviews and waiting time more than 1 month. So far the market looks very bad and seems like employer is taking time to choose candidate.
