Anonymous Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was about 2 weeks long if entering through staffing agency. They promis direct hire after 3 mos. Onsite 3-4 week training, then hybrid, some days in office, 3 days work from home, if numbers are good can be completely remote. No time off during training, and pay could be more competitive for today’s economy.

During my interview process it was all goods. The interviewer looks approachable the way she talk on me. I am really overwhelmed with the HR also since she's also approachable where she help me to passed the assessment. The interview was take for 2 days and for the last day the interview also is very friendly where I don't have any reasons to feel nervous during the mock interview.
