Antero Resources interview questions

There were 4 rounds of interviews. It started with HR then moved up through the chain of command. There was good communication in the beginning but then it fell off. The questions focused on behaviorals and industry insights.

It started with an HR informal interview. She covered the basics of the job requirements and asked some open ended questions. Then it moved to the VP. He asked more thought provoking questions and described his expectations on the position.
