Similar to the other TPM who left an Interview review, I had a phone screen with someone who was very wishy washy about what Anthropic was looking for, and then never heard from him again despite him saying he would get in touch in 2 days with next steps. He couldn't say who the hiring manager would be for the role which was a huge red flag - would advise Anthropic to take him off recruiting calls. Followed up twice with no reply. The lack of communication and process doesn't inspire confidence for such a forward-thinking company.

Would stay away: - Recruiter referenced they are changing focus as a company.Likely to impact their original mission. Lots still to figure out and answers didn't build confidence. - Recent funding was led by SBF. With FTX where it is, concerning to see people running around in the same circles. - Recruiting ghosts on promised timelines.
