first, they send an email to announce that the application paper has been well-read and considered to be suitable for the next round which is the interviewing round. The interviewer will ask the interviewee few questions regards the experience and the perspective of the nature of teaching. The interviewee then will be requested to perform an imagination classroom and the interviewer will act as students.

No response after application, even after adding the skype address there was no response. Very rude of them not to respond to an application or even the skype invitation. Please do not apply to a company that does not care enough to respond to you.
