I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Winnipeg, MB) in July 2018
Interview
The interview was very informal. Everyone present at the interview included: the owner, his girlfriend, and the current manager of the location I was applying to. The owner led the interview, questioning my background in running and operating a gym, as well as personal training and my clients. He asked basic questions regarding my interpersonal skills, and "what would you do in this scenario" type questions. It was unnecessary to have all 3 people there, and the small office already felt crowded. Overall it would have been better to be interviewed formally by either the current manager or just the owner. Having an excess of people there made it seem like he wasn't able to decide for himself, or read my character on his own.
