I applied, they called me up and set up a meeting. The meeting was very laid back, especially because I had the experience. Left, got a call the next day to come back in and meet the owner of this particular gym, met with him for about 30 minutes where most of it was just talking not really an interview and was offered the job.

One phone screening and one in person interview with live skills assessment/demo. Took the manager through a quick workout and acted as a personal trainer with a basic exercise to analyze my coaching style
