Anytime is selective. They want the best people they can find in their club, for a good reason. I met with the club manager, then the regional manager. They made sure we were on the same page and made sure I knew what to expect.

They did not try to throw any curve balls my way. They just made sure I was legit, and knew what I was talking about

Interview
Found a job posting on the anytime fitness corporate site saying this particular location was hiring trainers. I called the gym and set up a face to face interview the following day with the personal training director. Simple face to face interview, went over resume and was offered the job on the spot.

a discussion was had over current applicable skills but mostly personality testing for staff culture preference. Generally a useful interview but generally would require a hands-on section - which was not utilized in this interview.
