Here is my experience with Apex DMIT for the position of Business Development Analyst. The hiring process is quite long and consists of several stages:
1. Aptitude Test (On-site)
The process begins with an aptitude test at the Apex DMIT office in Banani. No travel allowance (TA) is provided.
2. Phone Call Interview
If you pass the aptitude test, you will be invited to a phone interview. They inform candidates of the interview time range via email — in my case, the interview window was between 7 PM and 10 PM.
3. Audiobook Presentation
After passing the phone interview, I was given a 10-hour audiobook and instructed to prepare a 3-minute presentation based on it.
4. MCQ Assessment (On-site)
After submitting the presentation, I was asked to attend an MCQ-based assessment related to the audiobook at their office. No TA was provided for this step.
5. Three-Day Assessment & Final Interview
If selected, candidates are offered a three-day assessment period. Those who pass this stage are then called for the final interview.
The main part that surprised me was the 30-month contract period. Breaking the contract requires paying a large penalty — up to 800,000 BDT (the amount decreases over time depending on how long you stay). I also learned that there is no door-to-door transportation provided, which may be important for some candidates to know in advance. I believe these terms should be clearly mentioned in the hiring post from the beginning. Since the hiring process can take almost a month, discovering such strict conditions later may feel like a waste of time for candidates who are not comfortable with them.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Apex DMIT (Dhaka) in Nov 2024
Interview
My experience with Apex DMIT’s recruitment process was disappointing. While the job role sounded promising, the process felt unnecessarily prolonged and lacked transparency. I underwent an initial phone interview, a written exam, a presentation task based on an 8-hour audiobook, and a 3-day overnight assessment. Despite completing all tasks, there was no interim feedback or clarity on areas for improvement.
The effort required was significant, yet the rejection email provided no constructive feedback. For future candidates, I hope they streamline their process to respect applicants' time and efforts.

Interview
I have submitted through BD jobs and I got call for an interview. It conducted about 30 to 45 minutes and asked several types of question in given scenario.Candidate Must have knowledge about all testing in real life experience because most of the question was scenario based
