AppDirect Director interview questions

I was not looking for a job and the recruiter contacted me with an engaging message. He did a good job selling the opportunity and set up me to talk to the exec. After a thorough phone interview, I came onsite to meeting with leaders in the company. The recruiter was on top of it during the whole process, continually checking in and letter me know where things stand. Onsite interview was an amazing experience.
