I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AppDirect
Interview
Interviewing panel not clear what exactly they are looking for. After conducting multiple rounds and waiting for long, they mention the role is not perfect for your background and experience. If it is so it should have been identified at the screening level itself. I suspect the panel is practicing their interviewing skills by wasting candidates time.

Question 1
Technical and Management Questions. Even after answering all the questions they reject with out any genuine reason. Full waste of time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AppDirect (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2019
Interview
I started with an HR phone interview followed by the hiring manager Hangout Interview. I had one on-site meeting with a few members of the team and a few hangout interviews after the on-site. In general, it was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly. The product and role seem an excellent position. I could say some of the product managers and the VP of the product was smart and so knowledgeable. I think for me it was terrible timing and some other priorities in my life lead to turn down the offer, and still not sure if I made the right decision.
