Interview
The interviews themselves were not difficult, it was the lack of communication, rescheduling, and no feedback is what made the interview process difficult. I’ve been interviewing with the company since 11/2021. I had interviews rescheduled, had to reach out HR multiple times for updates. It felt as if they gave me a three month long run around. The first position I applied for was the customer success role which took two months. I received no feedback except for the manager on duty was going on leave and the position will be closed until they come back. I was encouraged to apply to another role (customer service) which I was again, ignored. I had to send multiple emails to figure out my status. This process took over a month (totaling three months). I felt the interviews went really great, however I was told they would be moving in another direction. To not have any feedback and to have my time wasted for this long is the worst experience I have ever been through. I hope the company learns from my poor experience and will do their best to make sure that no one else feels the way that I have felt.
