The interview process at AppFolio consisted of a 30 minute screening phone call with the recruiter, a 60 minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager, a homework assignment, and then an afternoon of interviews with product, engineering, and UX. The entire interview cycle from introduction to offer was completed in exactly 4 weeks, though really only 3 working weeks as we did take the week of Thanksgiving off. Everyone was pleasant and professional, and the recruiter, Amber, was a wonderful advocate for me during the offer acceptance process.
