Appian UI-UX Design Intern interview questions

The recruiter did a great job of scheduling and quickly moving forward with the interview process but the process itself is quite long. An initial phone screener followed by an individual behavioral seems unnecessary (combing the two in a 30min phone call is what I would prefer and save times on both sides).
