Interview
The screening was informative and insightful, got clarity on their process. I liked how they asked specific questions about my requirements for the job, to suggest a program accordingly.
I went on with the full-time job search assistance program apparently, since I am a Java developer and quite new in the field, their full-time job assistance program comes with thorough training for Java, according to level of expertise in the language.
In the tech screening, they asked basic Java questions. I’ll be starting the training with them in two days.

They basically asked me about my qualifications, area of work, and experience, to see if they had any requirements in their bench that matched my skills, qualifications and experience.
The good thing about them is they reach out to you promptly once they have you in their record if a requirement that suits yours comes up.

It was more like a basic level tech screening by their team, to check your eligibility for the program. According to your qualifications and technical skills, they decide the right program for you. After they give you all the information, they leave it to you to choose between a contract or full-time job assistance as per your needs.
I was looking for a contractual job, so I opted for their contractual job search program.
Very practical and straightforward process. I hope this helps.
