Arabella Advisors interview questions

This is an intense process. There was a screening interview, an assessment, and then interviews with two panels. Five people total. Overall the assessment and interviews took about 6 hours possibly more if you include research and prep for interviews. All was going well initially. I had positive feedback and then was ghosted after the last interview. I sent a follow up email to HR twice, no response. For this amount of engagement it was disappointing to be treated so poorly. Possibly an example of poor treatment as an employee had I received an offer. I was surprised and disappointed

Four rounds- one screener call with recruiter, second was a skills assessment, third with two members for 1 hr, fourth with two more team members for 1 hr. Recruiter was very quick and communicative and assured me of positive progress for two months, then ghosted and ignored after final interview for two months until an anonymous email came saying the recruiter was no longer with them and I didn't get the job. Zero feedback and felt impersonal after investing significant time.
