Arabella Advisors Program Assistant interview questions

Very concise and direct. Interviewers got back to me promptly and professionally. Asked lots of questions related to experience, skill set and behavioral related situations. I enjoyed interviewing with this company!

First round was a brief phone call followed by an easy assessment on grammar and writing. Last round was comprised of two more video interviews. Most interviewers were friendly except during the last interview, which was conducted by someone who barely engaged-asked questions without even looking at the screen, which was off-putting. Took about 1-2 weeks to hear back each round, but the process took much longer than it should have for not receiving an offer.
