Arcadia(Turkey) interview questions

I applied for an editorial position and got interviewed for a research position, so I was confused but I did it because I preferred the position. They were nice, didn't ask any inappropriate questions. They asked if you were willing to pay an entry fee which I found weird.

In a word, illegitimate. The interviewers have no interest in candidates' actual portfolios, skills etc., simply in their availability and willingness to go along with nonsense like donating to the organisation to demonstrate commitment to its cause.
