The job was introduced via an recruitment agency. The interview was average. Very focus on recruitment and training due to their expansion plans in APAC. also talked about some topics on com and ben and employee experience. Was verbally offered a job and waited for their contract and they changed their mind due to an internal re-structuring. Then, they informed the agency to post the position again. When checked with the agency again, they claim needed payroll experience which as not discussed at all during the interview (though i have the experience). According to the agency, seems like they are quite lost (not sure if it's true). Hence, if true, it is ok for a small start-up to take time to sort things out but don't be disorganized and not focus. Recruitment agency they used is not experienced and do not know how to manage both candidates and employer. Saw that the previous incumbent only worked for 6 mths and left yet they said it's new position. not sure why.
