Had to video call a supervisor during a scheduled time and answer some questions. They asked more questions about me than questions about the job. Very easy and almost unprofessional.

Standard questions about my experience, education and willingness to work on a remote island in marine conservation. Went into detail about the living conditions and about the island itself. Emphasis was placed on teamwork, flexibility and adaptability
