the interview was good they took a kn dept interview but too much of buttering from boss made me question the opportunity. they liked the worked and wanted to incorporate that in their project

It was a very easy and good interview. The main boss himself complemented me on my portfolio and seemed very happy with my work. But it turns out he does this with everyone just to hire them instantly because no one lasts here for more than 6 months! Too much of unnecessary pressure, in timings are too strict ( if you're late, you're made to sit in the reception till the main boss comes), it is frowned upon if you leave at 7(which is official timing), leaving at 7:30 isn't an option as well! No one explains to you anything, if you ask a doubt you're yelled at and considered useless. Also if you're looking for a job with overall architectural experience with site visits, Client and vendor interactions etc. This is not the place. You are only supposed to do all the drafting work, the design is given by the clients. So don't be fooled in the interview if they complement you. They just want draftsman to work under them and they'll give fake commitments during the interview saying will increase the salary after 3 months (which they DON'T).
