Assessment and on-site interview which lasts for 45hours at their NYC office. We had 4 rounds: behavioral, data analysis, ML system, and ML theory. Interviews are really kind and helping to,go through each of the rounds. Although it's a long process, I really enjoyed it.

On-site interview, has 4 rounds, all finished in one day. Each round has a specific topic, will take time to prepare before the interview, including a live presentation to the interviewer, good experience.

What is the most difficult thing you ever faced in your life and how did you handle it?

Interview
Assessment and onsite interview. Pretty lengthy process with a data analysis round, technical presentation, systems design and behavioral. With the amount of work they expect you to put in for the onsite, their interviewers are not welcoming at all and ask absurd questions. Also looks like they are not hiring for this role because they keep reposting it every month (since february) and haven't made a single hire yet out of approx ~1500 applicants. Wouldn't be surprised if it was another one of a classic startup move to seem that they are still in business and booming whilst interviewing a lot of candidates they never plan to hire.

Behaviorial Question - Describe your hardest project
The process started with a technical exam that was challenging. They gave adequate resources to prepare, and it was a great skills assessment. The platform was slightly buggy but other than that it was a good assessment.
