We don't tell anyone to quit their hourly job but if they want the opportunity it does require them to be full time to be successful. We do communicate the high turnover rate of our business in the opportunity meeting. 10% of our contractors make 1k/wk. 30% over 500/wk and the rest easily clear minimum wage so yes this is better than most hourly positions. We'd like to point out this reviewer accepted the position which is contradictory since they put that they had a negative experience. Normally a reviewer would not have accepted if it was negative.
