Flexibility, Freedom, Integrity, Great Atmosphere, Skill Development, and Overall Gratitude of their Staff and Sales Reps. I have learned more business management here than I have in any other field. This job really encourages me to treat this like my own company and that is a skill I find priceless. If you're looking for "my kind of people" -Argenta is it! #goaloriented #freedom

Cons

No really a con per say; you need to be a doer and a thinker. Self motivation is a must. This job is not for everyone.
