Interview
Got a phone call on Saturday, less than a week after applying, asked some questions eg. Why do you want to work at Argos and was invited for a group interview in the Monday.
There was only 2 other people in the group interview, after questioned as a group, shown around the stock room, told us about the stock system and asked to give in right to work docs.
Got told we would have the decision in 1-2 days but got an offer by phone call 3 hours later
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
Smooth interview process, single round following application.
Basic motivational questions and questions on prior experience and relevant skills.
