It's a Very relaxed one to one interview with the typical questions as everyone else mentions on here, scenario questions for customers. What would you do here, how would you resolve this? Etc.

Someone has asked about buying a laptop, how can you help them choose the right one?
There was an application, a group activity and role play where you had to describe items from the catalogue and then if successful there was a competency interview with a manager.
General questions were asking and the interview was quite informal.

Invited for second interview.
