Good and they check your behaviour and your suitability for the job. In the company good safety procedure. Nice experience. Food is also good. Every one follow the guidelines. No problem as far as I know. But they make you wait for interview results.

4 rounds gruesome interview. But salary standards not up the mark therefore rejected the offer made. Hr round was okayish but technical was tough. There is just so much that i could infer from the discussion i have had with the Arjas steel management
