Arkansas Electric interview questions

The process was easy but questions were redundant. They continually asked what would you do in certain scenarios as well as other life experiences with former employers. There was also a small test at the end

Very irresponsible recruiter. I was supposed to have a screening interview through microsoft. However, the recruiter didn't show up and a few minutes later sent me the reschedule email without saying sorry or if I am available at that time. I was not available and sent an email to reschedule but no answers. After second email, no response. The company needs to talk to this recruiter. Very irresponsible.
