Telephone call followed by video call. The interviewers looked very experienced and masters of their field. They were very punctual and also throughout the interview process their approach was to focus on strengths and were very encouraging.

I can say that ARM doesn't waste time at all. My initial interview happened on 1 October; on 19 October, my Interview process was over and I had Offer Letter in Hand. I have given multiple interviews recently and this was the quickest response I got. I really appreciate such fast track process from Arm, that too in these challenging times of COVID-19 pandemic, where every interview round happened virtually and everybody had to take interviews from home. I really appreciate the coordination in ARM team.
