I had first interview with HR and the following week another interview with the hiring manager. As a next step they sent me a business case to solve in 48 hours. After that I was ghosted (even if they told me they would have come back in two weeks). After 4 weeks of silence I sent a follow up but received no answer, after additionally 2 weeks I received an automatic rejection email with no specific feedback.
