Interview
The interview was conducted on Zoom. The interviewer closed the camera suddenly during my self-introduction. The communication process was not effective cause the interviewer kept silent for a few seconds after I answered each question. I was very confused. I considered my performance fair until the interviewer suddenly went off and complained about the ecosystem and resource allocation in the art industry after I asked her to explain the inner job allocation process of the company at the end of the interview. The interviewer judged what I mentioned about a local art organisation was not related to local art development but in fact, I had never mentioned that organisation during the whole process. The interview was terrible and I felt very disrespected.

Interview
You will meet the person in charge of the company directly during interview. Interview is roughly an hour long. Very casual, interview is more like a casual conversation. No interview questions and you need not be formal, though the person in charge likes you to be talkative.
