Me localizaram pelo LinkedIn. Foram 3 fases de entrevista, com RH, gestora da área e com diretor. Tudo muito respeitoso, sem perguntas desnecessárias ou indiscretas e com total foco na vida profissional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Artivion
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me. She was phenomenal. Positive, thorough. The title was below my level but the role seemed challenging enough. I met with the hiring manager over Webex. The hiring manager was also really great. The interview was more of a conversation. The next interview is where it went sideways. Two senior directors were in their respective cars when it started. No big deal. Both went into their homes (rooms), but one senior director kept turning off her video and muting. Then she would come back on and suggest I wasn't answering a question she hadn't asked. She left at the 25 minute mark and returned five minutes before the interview ended. Another interview was scheduled but the hiring manager couldn't make it so he delegated to the senior director, the one who left the first interview. I showed up for this interview. She did not. I stayed for 30 minutes. She never showed. I reached out to find out what happened. I got no answer. Nearly two weeks later, I received a no thank you email, which quite frankly, bullet dodged.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Artivion (Austin, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
There was a hiring fair back in March. I emailed the talent acquisition specialist who pushed me forward to the HR rep at Austin. She ghosted me the first call and then rescheduled and was late to that call. I had multiple referrals coming in, with multiple years of experience and she didn’t move me forward. Ghosted me and never called back.
