My easiest job hunting process! I just need two steps of recruitment process. The first one where i interviewed by the HR and the second one with my user. Kind of weird but i still enjoyed it tho, the people here is so chill eventho the workplace environment is a lil bit chaotic
CV > HR > User. HR interview is more about the personality, cultural fit, and past experiences. While user interview is heavy on the role & trends. Both interviews conducted within a week.
