Online interview with a panel of 3 members, nonsense questions and totally unprofessional. After the interview, they don't even bother to write back. People work hard on their applications and it is unfair.
Need subject knowledge at the graduate level as well as preferred research experience. The interview is technical and methods oriented. Was asked questions on the theoretical side for Econometrics, as well as questions on my research.

Was a nice and laid back experience. The interviewer was genuinely interested in wanting to know you. No stress or pressure was felt. Also no technical questions were asked, most of the conversation was about your experience.
