      Marketing Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aspen Dental

      Interview

An Aspen recruiter is very resourceful and the first step in the interview process. Via phone interview, I was asked brief questions about my resume/background, the job was described to me in detail, and I was asked to explain why I was interested in the position. An in-person interview was set up within a few weeks. The recruiter greeted me on site and brought me to meet with the hiring manager (an hour interview). For me, my experience was extremely smooth and comfortable. There was a great balance of being able to discuss personal interests as well as delve into more detailed explanations about my resume, work experiences and future career goals. Aspen does a great job of making the interview process as seamless as possible and provide a wealth of information. Everyone I met with was very friendly and receptive and easy to communicate with and get in touch with for any follow up questions. I have even referred multiple friends to interview and hopefully work for Aspen as well!

      Interview

In the past year I've applied to TAG twice and been contacted by the same recruiter, Kaitlyn, both times. First time: she requested availability for a phone screen. I responded. Never heard back despite two follow-ups. Second time: she scheduled a call, rescheduled it five minutes before, then connected the following day. I was told they were "moving fast" and I'd hear something by end of week. Three weeks later I got an email saying people had been out and she'd follow up soon. Four weeks after that: automated rejection. I understand not responding to every application. I don't understand setting a timeline to communicate and then ignoring it.
