I submitted an application and was contacted by the hiring lead. I then had an interview with the leadership team (as I lived in another state.) I received a virtual tour of the center and was contacted with an offer within 24 hours that was negotiable.

They asked me questions that were very relevant to that of a BCBA as well as questions related to experience in leadership.
