Received email for an interview. It was a three panel interview with two Managers and one Team Lead. They asked me questions relating to customer service duties. I was offered the job within a week of the interview.

Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. I applied through a temp, so my first interview was with my recruiter, second interview was with a hiring manager @ Assurant. Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She asked me typical interview questions (i.e. tell me about a time with a difficult or irate customer, tell me about a time when you didn’t know how to resolve a customer’s problem and what did you do, etc.). Interview took place at 9am and I received a job offer later on that evening around 5 or 6 PM.
