The interview was very straight forward. I applied through a staffing agency so the hiring manager referenced my test scores. Also, my resume was sort of a guide through the questions. This interview process wasn't typical and less formal. My advice to future interviewees is to have confidence, engage in active listening, and ask questions. I haven't heard back from them yet , but I hope I get the position.

Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. I applied through a temp, so my first interview was with my recruiter, second interview was with a hiring manager @ Assurant. Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She asked me typical interview questions (i.e. tell me about a time with a difficult or irate customer, tell me about a time when you didn’t know how to resolve a customer’s problem and what did you do, etc.). Interview took place at 9am and I received a job offer later on that evening around 5 or 6 PM.
