Had a quick talk with the recruiter who set me up with a phone interview, My resume was clear that i had only managed one person and yet after a long speech about the company and then me telling about myself he said its not enough experience and then said there's a position for automation engineer in the team that he's hiring and we can talk about it in the office, before i had a chance to respond he started asking me python questions without giving me proper time to respond, I had to stop him after a few and tell him that I didn't apply for automation engineer and am looking for a lead position, to which he responded "well you'll need to know these things anyway"
