Prospective hires should approach the interview process with caution. Moreover, the current recruitment process is excessively lengthy and requires significant time investment from candidates due to the multitude of interviews. It has come to my attention that hiring decisions appear to be influenced more by personal impressions than by objective professional qualifications. I respectfully advise the CEO and hiring managers to consider streamlining the recruitment process to improve both efficiency and effectiveness. It is essential to recognize that this organization does not operate within an Indian cultural context; thus, it would be prudent to refrain from applying Indian cultural norms to the hiring practices.
