Interview
Remote interview was professional and cordial with good info sharing. In person interview with HR are fair and informative. However, subsequent interview with hiring manager displayed a I AM NOT INTERESTED attitude even though questions are promptly answered and professional. Seems like they have made up their mind who to hire.
They reached out to me. We started a conversation that was very positive from their side. And then suddenly they stopped answering emails. I sent them more to see what was going on, as we were literally in the middle of the process. They never wrote back. Gave quite a bad impression.
Standard behavior interview. Hybrid and in person. Asked about core values, culture, motivation , and DEI. Lasted 30 mins each round with 2 panels. Virtual was pretty straightforward. In person was laid back vibe.

Fairly standard, no case-type questions. Very heavy on experience and culture. Must be a fit a person as well as professionally. Being an effective storyteller w/data also a huge plus.
