Interview
Applied online and got a call back from the recruiter. He quickly told me the salary range for the position and scheduled a phone interview. After the phone interview I received word that they wanted to do an onsite interview. The onsite interview I met with 2 team members, Director and VP. These were all 1 on 1 interviews. After the onsite I had another 1 on 1 meeting with the hiring manager. After this meeting I received the offer.

Interview
My interview process moved very quickly since they needed to fill the positions ASAP. After my interview was completed, I received an offer 30 minutes after I had left the office. So, overall I would say the interview process was very enjoyable considering I knew where I stood immediately and was able to get started promptly.

There were no questions that were more difficult than others, but they used the STAR method for asking questions. So, they would ask a question and I would have to explain a Scenario, the Task I had to complete, the Action I took, and the end Result.
