Talked with the VP of HR several times, got shipped off to EZI in Atlanta, missed every deadline that was ever mentioned. I felt like 1 of 10000 at every stage, repetitive resume bingo. If it takes 5 months to fill a VP slot, then I don't want to be responsible for getting anything done quickly even if I did get the job.
This is my 3rd encounter with Asurion and every time the HR process seems to get in the way.
With the plans to expand the company by an order of magnitude, the hiring process has got to be faster in the future. This chaos may be a byproduct of rapid growth.
The hiring choices they have made are not leveraging local talent with any priority.
