You sit with one on one with Operations Managers in a big room and they interview you along with other Operation Managers that are interviewing other people. Also a video interview (make sure you have good internet connection - otherwise very choppy). Staff was very friendly, but also looked for professionalism. Make sure you get their contact info and send a thank you card.

3 interviews customer service based, personality based, one day, series of different questions. applied online got offer the same day. wanted to know how i felt troubleshooting devices like phones and computers and asked app questions. wanted to know if I was comfortable using internet as well. Typical interview minus those technical questions.

Easy, tech questions. Asking if you know about cellphones, emails, hotspots. etc. they also ask you about any times in the past you have done some type of troubleshooting on phones. If you have worked for any major cellphone carriers or anything like that.
