Asurion Virtual Customer Service Representative interview questions

The process was very easy. I received a phone call from HR about 2 months later after filling out the application and scheduled an interview. The recruiter asked critical thinking questions and used the STAR method. After the interview, I was emailed a day later telling me that I was selected to move forward in the hiring process.
